This is removed after the one-off purchase for those who would like to apply the effect and take a screenshot. Recording a video of any size for those who would like to produce a long cartoonish-looking videos requires a very affordable subscription. When you run the app, you will need to give your system permission to use the camera and you will also be able to save videos in any folder you choose.
